We liked location and rooms and reasonable prices. The rooms with the internal garden, aircon, very nice view.

All in all, it was great base for travelling to St Leonards-on-Sea. Lots of supplies in the room: central heating, an electronic key card and multi-channel TV.

Free WiFi was available; the breakfast was awesome. It's just next door to cactus hound bar with nice drinks and cocktails. We enjoyed this hotel.
